Completed Summit Projects

	Provide PM and personnel to update 1500 PCs in 98 locations to Windows/NT.

	Provide 4 people to staff a project control desk in the client location.

	Provide over 80 people to convert over 1750 branches of a major bank with servers, printers, and workstations for customer service.

	Conduct site surveys, and integrate POS servers and workstations in 150 stores.

	Provide 11 Team Leaders to install NT networks in a corporate environment.

	Provide PM to coordinate client vendors to ensure site readiness for 600 branch banks for new equipment.

	Provide 12 people to install networks in 70 corporate locations.

	Provide 14 people to install server and teller line, as well as reload all platforms in 140 banking centers.

	Provide PM and technicians to upgrade over 700 banking centers with new software image.

	Provide PM and technicians to upgrade over 850 banking centers with additional memory and hard drive capability.

	Site survey and installation of over 650 RS/6000s in stores to do in-store processing (help desk support performed as well).

	Conversion of 3X74 based BackOffice backbone from one mainframe to another.

	Wired an Ethernet environment on multiple floors of customer building, including fiber optics and 10baseT.

	Provided platform and teller installations for a major banking facility at 600+ locations in Texas/New Mexico.

	Moved a large medical facility locally and provided HVAC/UPS and cubicle reconfigurations for three floors.

	Provides Cat 5E and fiber optics for a large medical facility to include data center installation.

	Provided site survey and installation services for a large grocery retailer in the southeast.
