We are able to accomplish the above items through our Network & Application Performance Optimization (NAPO) service. This unique service is capable of pinpointing and helping to solve and/or avoid network and application performance bottlenecks. In a nutshell, the NAPO service is designed to identify and assist in the remediation of performance bottlenecks in both the physical layers and the application layers of an enterprise system. The system can be client/server or web-based.

The NAPO service is comprised of a specialized team of technical consultants armed with tools designed to pinpoint the problems, down to a particular physical device (switch, router, firewall, etc.) or line of code, allowing you, or us, to fix the problem. No more educated guesses! The NAPO service goes beyond a protocol analyzers that only look at the physical layer of the network, not the application layer. Our tools look at both and can show how one affects the other.
